Who we are
Delbeteris Private Transport ("Delbeteris", "we", "us") provides private transfers and tours in Kavala and Northern Greece. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, route, dates, passenger and luggage information, and any message you include. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share. When you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data about how you use this website (see our Cookie Policy).
Legal basis & how we use it
We use your enquiry details to respond to you, provide a quote, and arrange your transfer or tour — this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform our services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We may also rely on legitimate interest to improve our service and keep limited business records (Art. 6(1)(f)). We use website analytics only if you consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Processors & third parties
We use trusted service providers to operate the site: Resend (email delivery for enquiry notifications and automated replies), our email host, and — if you accept analytics — Google Analytics (Google Ireland / Google LLC). If you click a WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or other external link, you leave our site and that provider's privacy policy applies. We do not control data you send through those channels.
Retention
We keep enquiry and booking-related information for as long as needed to respond, provide the service, handle disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations — typically up to 7 years where required for business records, and otherwise deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent (analytics), you may withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings in the site footer. To exercise your rights, email contact@delbeteristransfer.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
International transfers
If you accept Google Analytics, usage data may be processed by Google in the United States and other countries. Google participates in applicable data-transfer frameworks and contractual safeguards. Details are in Google's privacy documentation.
